Requirements
- Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality or Hotel Management.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of work experience as a Guest Relations personnel in the hospitality industry.
- Extraordinary interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Quick decision-making skills & creative thinker to create memorable experiences.
- Good oral and written communication.
- Exceptional customer service abilities to go above and beyond for our guests.
- Establish pre-arrival communication with the villa guest.
- Coordinating daily service that to provide timely.
