Requirements
  • Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality or Hotel Management.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of work experience as a Guest Relations personnel in the hospitality industry.
  • Extraordinary interpersonal and organisational skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Quick decision-making skills & creative thinker to create memorable experiences.
  • Good oral and written communication.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities to go above and beyond for our guests.
  • Establish pre-arrival communication with the villa guest.
  • Coordinating daily service that to provide timely.
