We are seeking a friendly, confident, and service-driven

Guest Service Representative

to join our team at our spa lounge located in KLIA, Sepang. This role involves engaging directly with airport passengers to promote our spa and wellness services, assisting with guest check-ins and ensuring a welcoming, premium experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively approach and engage with passengers in surrounding areas to introduce and promote our spa and wellness offerings. Clearly communicate information about treatments, packages, pricing and ongoing promotions in a professional and approachable manner. Greet guests with warmth and professionalism, and escort them to treatment or relaxation areas when needed. Build genuine connections with guests to encourage walk-ins and bookings through exceptional interpersonal service. Address guest inquiries, feedback or concerns effectively and professionally. Uphold a high standard of personal grooming and professional appearance at all times. Support daily spa operations and work closely with team members to deliver a seamless and memorable guest experience.

Requirements:

Presentable, well-groomed and confident in approaching and communicating with guests. Outgoing, service-oriented personality with a genuine interest in hospitality and wellness. Comfortable working in a fast-paced airport environment and engaging with international guests. Willingness to work on a rotational shift, including weekends and public holidays.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
