Verify halal status of raw materials, suppliers, and production processes.
Conduct internal halal audits and coordinate external halal certification audits.
Maintain halal documentation, training records, and compliance reports.
Act as secretary/member of the Internal Halal Committee (IHC).
Provide halal awareness training to employees.
