JOB REQUIREMENT

Open to Malaysian only Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology / Nutrition or any related field. At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in handling Halal including knowledge on Food Safety System such as GMP, HACCP or any related field Familiar with JAKIM's web-portal and the flow of new and renewal applications. Have certificate in Halal Executive Training will be advantage. Punctuality, attention to details and how to priotize / plan Applicants must be willing to travel

JOB DESCRIPTION

Documentation Assist in Daily Report verification. Assist in Halal and ISO HACCP Audit and preparation. Assist in rules and regulation enforcement. Monitoring and updating daily progress with QC Personnel. Updating QC Manual (Project Specification, Machine Specification) Assist in quality and safety related training. To ensure the equipment and machinery are well maintain and calibrated. To coordinate Pest Control services (internal and external) Ensure retention sample in good condition. Ensure PPE stocks are well organized. Assist in customer complaints and products returned.

Halal Matter

Involve in Halal Jakim new and renewal application including liasing with JAKIM/JAIS for any related matter and issue. To monitor the Halal validity of raw material supplier. To prepare document and reports of Halal committee meeting. Responsible of Halal file and to ensure Halal document are in ordered and well organised. Ensure Halal training for staff is ongoing
