Job Description


(WAREHOUSE & LOGISTIC DEPARTMENT) 1. Handling purchasing order 2. Keep updated with materials\xe2\x80\x99 current pricing 3. Responsible to contacting suppliers to schedule deliveries or to discuss shortage or missed deliveries 4. Sourcing and request quotation for new suppliers 5. Audit suppliers\xe2\x80\x99 invoice, bill, delivery order, etc 6. Handle account payable (payment for subcon & supplier) 7. Prepare payment vouchers (for filling purpose) 8. Maintain track record of every transaction into excel/accounting system 9. Disburse petty cash by recording entry and verifying documents 10. Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior from time to time 11. Liaise with other department on matters related to scope of work and when required Purchaser Requirements: 1. SPM or Diploma in related field is preferred. 2. Experience working as a Purchaser in the field of housing/hardware. 3. Computer literate (Microsoft Office). 4. Valid license (B2 & D) 5. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
