Job Description

JResponsibilities and Authorities:

1. Supervising the Haulage Drivers, leading &coordinating daily haulage team to achieve smooth operations.

a) Utilize various transport provided, to facilitate transportation planning and scheduling.

b) Prepare daily schedules for deliveries.

c) Coordinate delivery schedules with our customer service &company customers. Avoiding delay shipment for any additional fee charges.

d) Observing and monitoring GPS System frequently.

2. Handle & ensure of document Delivery Order, Custom Form &etc are properly received.

3. Prepare &generating truck delivery report in end month basis.

a) Customer Billing,

b) Driver Delivery Trip,

c) Sub Con Hiring

4. To answer incoming telephone calls promptly.

5. To assist and work closely with operations team.

6. Notwithstanding the above, you may be required to perform ad hoc duties from time to time.

Competency Requirements (Education, Training and Experience):

1. Possess at least Diploma, Advanced/Higher /Graduate Diploma,Bachelor's Degree,Post Graduate Diploma,Professional Degree, Logistics/Transportation or equivalent.

2. Minimum 2 years experiences.

3. Possess a mature and independent personality with a positive work attitude with excellent interpersonal skill and communication skill.

4 Possess initiative and and able to work independently as well as in team.

5. Have good organizational skill , a proactive mindset, detailed oriented and ability to multitask and prioritize work with high sense or urgency.

6. Able to start immediately.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM2,300.00 per month
