Develops, implements and manages the Sales Office sales performance and operations plan to achieve sale volumes and product mix for HP Business
To drive top line business with the target set.
Ensures compliance and adherence to the regulatory, Group and internal policies and guidelines
Key Responsibilities:
Plans, develops, implements and manages sales office and operations to achieve the area target
Manages, supervises and leads sub-ordinates to achieve overall business budget
Motivates and enhances the performance of sales teams to maximise local market business opportunities
Oversees resource management, including capacity planning, productivity, staff discipline and compliance
Reviews weekly sales targets / activities and identify the need for coaching and direction to ensure targets are met
Maintains awareness of competitors\xe2\x80\x99 activities and industry best practices
Ensures cross selling and deep selling (consumers to hold more than one product)
Approves quality credits as per approving matrix
Ensures daily operations of designated area are working within TAT
Attends to LDC and operational issues tactfully and diligently
Maximises sales office\xe2\x80\x99s profitability and other KPIs set for the Division
Holds regular meetings with designated area staff to cascade management\xe2\x80\x99s directions, goals and guidelines, etc.
Maintains good rapport with business associates to ensure service standards on turnaround time for credit application processing and approval are consistently met
RequirementsRequirements: Bachelor Degree - Any related field(s).- \xe2\x80\xa2 Professional Credit Certification (PCC) [replaced Certified Credit Professional (CCP)]
Minimum 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in marketing, operations and management of hire purchase
Strong leadership, interpersonal and relationship building skills
