Job Description
Head chefs manage the kitchen to oversee the preparation, cooking and service of food. 1. At least 3 years experience in proper halal SOP trained kitchen environment (etc Hotel, Fast food chain, Serai group, Madam Kwan and so on) 2. Goal driven 3. Team Leader (able to lead a team of at least 10 persons) 4. Can work under stressful environment 5. Language - Malay & English 6.
