experienced and passionate Head Chef
who specializes in
Italian and/or Western cuisine
to lead our kitchen team and shape the soul of our restaurant.
Key Responsibilities
As the
Head Chef
, you will play a pivotal role in building the identity of our restaurant, driving innovation, and ensuring excellence in every dish served. Your responsibilities will include:
Kitchen Leadership & Operations
Oversee the full spectrum of kitchen operations, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and smooth service
Menu Development & Culinary Innovation
Conceptualize and design menus that highlight authentic Italian and/or Western flavors while embracing contemporary dining trends.
Quality & Standards
- Ensure food preparation, taste, and presentation consistently meet the highest quality standards.
- Uphold strict hygiene, food safety, and sanitation protocols in compliance with local regulation.
Team Development & Culture
Recruit, train, mentor, and inspire a passionate kitchen team.
Financial & Resource Management
Oversee food costing, portion control, and kitchen inventory management to achieve profitability targets.
Collaboration & Guest Experience
Drive consistency in delivering memorable dining experiences.
Requirements:
We are looking for a visionary chef with the following qualities and experience:
Proven experience as a
Head Chef / Italian Chef / Western Chef
in a reputable or high-volume restaurant.
Strong expertise in
Italian and/or Western cuisines
, with deep knowledge of traditional techniques, modern trends, and innovative plating styles.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead, inspire, and grow a high-performing kitchen team.
Strong business acumen with knowledge of
food costing, menu planning, and kitchen management systems
.
Highly creative, passionate about food, and committed to excellence.
Ability to perform under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
