Job Description
DescriptionPrimary Objective:Manage and safeguard the Group\xe2\x80\x99s loan assets to prevent financial losses/impairment losses as well as improve P&L through proactive management of high-risk/distressed accounts.Undertake projects assigned from time to time.
Key Responsibilities:Strategy and Planning
- Relief Head, Early Care & Reporting in his/her absence and manage credit monitoring team.
- Provide input for review of process, service and workflow improvements with a view to improve service quality at reduced cost and increased revenue.
- Identify problematic accounts showing signs of early distress/red flags and ensure proper tracking and monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with Internal Credit Policy & Procedures, EAM Guidelines, Statutory Guidelines (BNM/ Exchange Control Regulation Guidelines, Basel Requirements and legal statutes).
- Manage the career progression of subordinates to fit with their personal development plan.
Bachelor Degree - .- Preferably Certified Credit Professional (CCP/CCP-i)/ Credit Skills Assessment (CSA)/Omega Programme, Chartered Islamic Finance Professional (CIFP)Minimum 10 years\xe2\x80\x99 banking experience with 5-7 years in Credit Evaluation/Underwriting as analyst/underwriter with sound credit risks knowledge.

- Good business and credit sense
