Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement export sales strategies to achieve international revenue goals.
Identify and pursue new market opportunities to expand global presence.
Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas distributors, agents, and clients.
Oversee export operations, including
pricing, documentation, shipping
, and trade compliance.
Analyze global market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
Negotiate international contracts and pricing terms to optimize profitability.
Collaborate cross-functionally with
supply chain, production, and marketing
teams to ensure smooth export operations.
Lead and mentor the export sales team to deliver performance excellence.
Manage relationships with
customs brokers, freight forwarders, and trade associations

Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analysis to management.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or related discipline.
Minimum
5 years of experience
in export sales or international business development.
Strong understanding of
global trade regulations, shipping, pricing, and documentation
.
Proven track record of expanding business in export markets.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Proficient in
MS Office
and familiar with CRM tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for managing diverse global clients.
