The Head of Export Sales is responsible for developing and executing international sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion. This role involves managing export operations, building strong relationships with global clients and distributors, and identifying new business opportunities to strengthen the company's global presence.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement export sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in international markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with global distributors, agents, and key customers.
Manage all aspects of export operations, including pricing, shipping, documentation, and trade compliance.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to guide business strategy.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with international customers.
Lead and mentor the export sales team to achieve departmental goals.
Collaborate with internal teams (production, supply chain, marketing) to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analyses for senior management.
Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
Minimum 5 year of experience in export sales or related functions.
Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, export documentation, and logistics.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Analytical thinker with problem-solving and leadership abilities.

Pay: RM15,000.00 - RM18,000.00 per month
