Formulates appropriate plans for GCSII & assists Head, GAPM Malaysia, Singapore & International Office by strategically improving current policies, conduct ample studies of present and anticipated operational risks for Malaysia and Regional sites.
Develops appropriate plans of Travel Advisories for the Group and ensures on time escalation to top management and employees (Group level).
Ensures on-time processing of all information needed for the management of Regional insurance programs.
Analyzes insurance needs for the Group and provides optimum coverage, cost terms, and claim settlements for all Group's assets (Group level).
Manages the assessment and determination of coverage levels, negotiates policy terms and premiums and manages relationships with insurers and brokers (Group level).
Manages the end to end process of the Corporate Security Management which include Travel Advisory, Crime Prevention and Detection, Fraud Deterrence and Criminal Investigations (Group level).
Ensures the entire Health and Safety operations complies to the legislations and direct any changes necessary to meet statutory requirements to ensure minimum risk to employees and customers (Group level).
Responsible for driving cost savings, governance and control, cost effectiveness and efficiency of Group spend on the overall portfolio spend through GAPM Regional Exco (Group level).
Establishes performance benchmarks, conduct analyses and craft reports to management (Group level).
Build rapport with PDRM, KDN and other law enforcement bodies in soliciting the necessary cooperation/assistance in resolving security issues and/or crime prevention measures for the Group.
Advises the Bank's Senior Management of emerging security and safety threats and consults the Bank in the establishment of controls to mitigate risks (Group level).
Drives cost saving measures by maintaining costs, developing new procedures and systems for the efficient handling of Security and Admin operations (Group level).
Proactively identify, manage and propose effective end to end solutions to issues related to service delivery.
Crfats appropriate SOP/Strategies to ensure the workplace environment is safe and condusive for staff to perform their duties.Any other responsibilities as assigned by the Head of Department and/or Head of Division from time to time.

Regulatory Compliance
Keeps abreast of changing exposures within the Group and changing international insurance laws, requirements and market conditions, with specific focus on Regional countries (Group level).
Maintain compliance with relevant regulation, policies and procedures and ensure highest standard of integrity and professionalism in serving stakeholders
