Develop and deliver Administration and Property Management strategies to optimise value, target benefits and financial savings
Creates and manages short, mid, and long term goals and objectives
Responsible for savings for Malaysia and regional wide spend with regards to Rental, Utilities and Repairs & Maintenance
Define and manage internal and external stakeholders to deliver breakthrough performance in service efficiency, quality and cost effectiveness.
Identifies, allocates and organises resource requirements, including people development requirements and succession plans
Maintain transparent process, integrity and professionalism

Function Management
Manage GAPM departmental performance against agreed targets and budgets, and within policies and standards.
Oversee all administration and property management activities of the group across the region.
Oversee the development and implementation of leading practice processes, systems and tools to manage all aspects of administration and property management including process improvement and automation
Oversee delivery of facilities management projects and deliverables to support BUs business plans.
Develop operational strategy and methods to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Engage in business review meetings with key stakeholders to assess risk, time line and identify potential cost down and improvement opportunities.
Maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to assure services, cost, quality, and delivery targets are met.
People Management
Manage and supervise Head of Malaysia, Singapore and International Offices team, who are responsible for the management and operation activities and matrix reporting by other country Admin and Property Management Heads
Accountable for resource allocation for all administration and property management staff across Malaysia, Singapore and International office and including all contract / temporary staff.
Oversee resource allocation for all administration and property management staff across the region.
Determines resource allocation, recommendations for talent selection, talent development and interventions, identifies key objectives, other performance measures and provides final recommendation on performance ratings and rewards
Develops, builds and leads an effective and cohesive regional team that operates seamlessly across borders.
Regulatory Compliance
Maintain compliance with relevant regulation, policies and procedures and ensure highest standard of integrity and professionalism in serving stakeholders
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and CIMB policies & procedures, and external auditors
Ensure adherence to the group risk management framework
Requirement:
Master / Bachelor Degree or Professional Qualification in the relevant discipline (Business Admin, Finance, Property Management)
15 years working experience at a leadership position in administration, facility and property management. * Preferably experienced in financial institutions
Proven track record of managing facilities management for large organisation which has presence nationwide in Malaysia
In-depth knowledge of project management, property and facilities.
Analytical mindset with abilities to anticipate business needs and identify drivers
Excellent analytical, critical thinking and capable of making important and strategic decisions in handling critical issues.
Creativity to seek, encourage and find new approaches to create value.
Aptitude in decision-making skills
High Integrity and excellent networking skills in communicating and interacting with internal and external stakeholders
