Operational Management Responsible for the design, implementation, communication and coordination of all quality, health, safety and environmental programs for the Divisions. Develop and provide technical and administrative direction on all QHSE decisions, which bear critical importance to overall Division objectives, operations, and profitability. Conduct audits to evaluate the effectiveness of systems and procedures, identifying and assisting in implementing improvements Report on Company\'s QHSE performance to the management team regularly and statutory authorities as/when required. Directs the resources and activities of the Division to support the QHSE programs by providing advice and guidance to the Management Team. Continually maintain an appropriate level of awareness, knowledge and preparedness across the Divisions to create a culture that prioritises effective HSE and balances overall associated costs. Develop and implement governance structure for the QHSE sustainability across the Divisions. Promote and champion all QHSE related compliance requirements across the company. Provide consultations and advisory services on all QHSE related matters to the management team and clients & contractors. Liaise with various enforcement government authorities and monitor legislative compliances. Ensure HSE Risk Management processes such as HIRARC and Environmental Aspect / Impact are established and effectively implemented. Lead and work closely with the entire QHSE committee and management team in various national and state awards applications, preparation, and achievement. Initiate and develop Health, Safety and Environmental awareness campaign and inculcate commitment towards HSE in all staff. Responsible for the development of the annual budget recommendations and implementation. Perform any other tasks assigned related to the job from time to time. Minimum Qualification Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering or HSE or any related fields Experience Prior field experience is advantageous Minimum 15 years working experience with minimum 10 years in HSE areas in the Offshore O&G industry and 5 years in a management position.
