• Partner with sales, marketing, and operations to develop and influence sound product and business strategies.
• Collaboration with divisional and regional partners in developing effective strategies and goals that ensure timely product approvals, and company compliance.
• Provide expertise and guidance in interpreting governmental regulations, agency guidelines and internal policies to assure compliance and drive implementation.
• Influence proposed legislation and regulations such that they are balanced and fair and raise no issues of concern to the Company.
• Lead the ASEAN Regulatory teams to accomplish goals and strategy of the function, which align with business priorities.
• Create an environment that encourages constructive feedback and coaching, understanding individual career goals and aspirations, and proactive developmental support for all employees.
• Foster an inclusive, patient-centric culture that enables all participants to contribute to their full potential in pursuing organizational and personal objectives.
