Job Title: Head of Boarding MalaysiaLocation: Kuala Lumpur, MalaysiaJob Type: Full-timeJob Summary:We are seeking a Head of Boarding to lead our boarding program in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of the boarding program, ensuring the welfare, safety, and happiness of all boarding students. The Head of Boarding will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve the overall boarding experience.Responsibilities:Manage and oversee all aspects of the boarding programEnsure the welfare, safety, and happiness of all boarding studentsDevelop and implement strategies to improve the overall boarding experienceMaintain open and effective communication with boarding students, parents, and staffManage the boarding budget and ensure that resources are used effectivelyEnsure that the boarding facilities are well-maintained and meet the needs of the studentsProvide leadership and guidance to the boarding staffDevelop and maintain positive relationships with local community organizationsMaintain accurate records and reports related to the boarding programRequirements:Strong leadership and management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively with a diverse group of students, parents, and staffKnowledge of relevant regulations and policies related to boarding schoolsAbility to develop and implement effective strategies to improve the overall boarding experienceStrong organizational and time-management skillsAbility to maintain accurate records and reports
