Aufgabe

  • You will be reporting to Senior Vice President of Business Assurance (ASEAN) and Country General Manager to drive and lead the sales, marketing management and operation of Malaysia business and market.
  • - Manage and lead the whole Business Assurance division in Malaysia
  • - Responsible for the identification, assessment, business solicitation and market opportunities across a diverse range of industries and sectors
  • - Chart business and sales strategy to provide direction for MS Business in ASEAN. Strategize, develop and lead the strategy execution in Malaysia
  • - Align business directions, strategies and objectives for MS between entities and the Global Division as well as with the overall directions of ASEAN HQ
  • - Plan and lead the team to achieve the annual MS Budget for Malaysia
  • - Lead in identifying business opportunities and provide direction for business development. Work with counterparts\' business managers and technical experts to develop and set up new service areas
  • - Work with Management team to conceptualize and develop sales strategies for targeted portfolios, industries or sectors to achieve budgeted revenue and profitability targets. Drive the execution of sales strategies through local operations and strategic partners
  • - Monitor, review and analyse development and performance of respective business lines and to maximise the financial and business performance of the BA business unit in Malaysia
  • - Monitor and evaluate financial health and sales performance as well as on the key market drivers and dynamics through monthly sales reporting
  • - Reviewing, evaluating and developing pricing strategies for various product portfolios and schemes to improve profitability
  • - To drive and support lead generation initiatives including digital Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System
  • - Provide sales and product training and coaching to strengthen the sales competencies and capabilities where necessary
  • - Build, strengthen and optimize relationships with the clients, prospects and partners through regular customer visits and key account management with local sales as well as addressing customers\' enquiries, feedback and comments in a timely manner
Qualifikation
  • - Bachelor\'s degree in any discipline; preferably with experience in Management System, Auditing or Certification.
  • - At least 8 years of management or business leadership experience with international or regional market exposure
  • - Strong leadership and business acumen. Established track records in business development or sales
  • - Target-driven personality but with high level of diplomacy to influence management to drive through business initiatives
  • - Proficiency in both written and spoken English language. Any other Asian language skills will be added advantage
  • - Willing to travel around the ASEAN region
