Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the overall organization\'s legal and ethical integrity by ensuring that policies, procedures and guidelines of organisation are strictly followed and adhered to by all employees.

2. Develop policies and programmes to educate and encourage managers and employees to identify and report suspected fraud and non-compliance issues.

3. Identify compliance related risks that may have a major impact on the organisation and devise a strategic and effective plan to manage potential compliance violation or breaches.

4. Coordinate and conduct internal compliance review and monitor corporate, business and operation transactions of the Group to ensure full compliance to various authorities and regulatory bodies.

5. Create, oversee and evaluate the efficiency of control systems in order to manage and prevent compliance violations to regulatory, authorities and internal policies.

6. Conduct and oversee internal reviews or audits periodically to ensure that compliance procedures are followed by the corporate functions and also business and that they are up to date with latest changes.

7. Take the lead in conducting or directing internal investigation relating to compliance issues.

8. Coordinate efforts related to compliance audits, reviews, and examinations by preparing and presenting clear and concise compliance reports to the Group Managing Director.

9. Liaise and build working rapport with relevant authorities, bodies and regulators on compliance related matters.

Requirements

1. Candidate who has 15 to 20 years of the relevant experience.
2. Prefer candidate who has worked with diverse industries or businesses.
3. Candidate must be willing to work in Kuching.
