Join us in driving the future of our company: Head of Controlling, Credit, and Data Management Employment Type : Permanent Location : Cyberjaya Business Unit : BMW Group Financial Services Malaysia Provide leadership and guidance to a team of employees to ensure the tasks are completed effectively and efficiently. The tasks including controlling, commercial finance credit management, commercial finance operation and data management. The role holder should possess a high degree of analytical skill, problem solving skill, communication skill and strong interpersonal skill Operate as a business partner, drive change and implement strategic goals in SF3-MY. Maintain high level of performance and ensure that controlling work produced by the team is of the highest quality. Controlling tasks included forecast & budget, OpEX management, IFRS9 management, campaign pricing discussion, risk controlling, headcount controlling, cash flow planning, liquidity management, trend analysis, business case commentaries etc. Ensure Commercial Finance credit management adhere to credit guideline. This included annual dealer review on rating and credit limit offer to dealer, temporary overdraft assessment etc. Ensure efficiency and effectiveness of Commercial Finance operation included car ownership claim management, daily receipt posting, bank reconciliation, floorstock audit, month end reporting etc. Maintain accurate, secure and well managed data that supports inform decision making. This included cloud data hub management, report automation, standardize reporting logic, streamline management reporting etc. Qualification & Experience Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Management or other related disciplines. At least 10 years\' experience in Financial Services industries, preferably. Proven experience in a senior management position in a motor Finance environment and ideally have a proven track record of new business and sales responsibility. Experience in reporting of financial data Planning experience, especially for forecast & budget Good accounting knowledge Good understanding of KPIs Knowledge of Balance Score Card processes Strategic and analytical thinking as well as expert skills in numeracy Excellent excel skills Ability in problem solving Communication & interpersonal skills Able to work independently Knowledge of data management Proficient in Computer skills (for example MS Team, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
