Position Summary
Ensure achievement and continual growth of the Pharmacy & Modern Trade channel\xe2\x80\x99s sales and profit objectives through effective sales management and accounts development. Developing distributor and key account team capabilities. Grow category in all key accounts and maintain strong business relationships through shared business plans and key accounts reviews.


To Lead the internal agenda and be the \xe2\x80\x9cgo to\xe2\x80\x9d person for issues and opportunities relating to the customer.


A day in the life of a Head of Customer MYSG

  • To manage the execution of Joint Business Plan and ensure that Nestl\xc3\xa9 Health Science is Winning in Every Store through effective management of Sales Operations
  • To ensure the development of Customer Strategy and JBP in line with the plans of the BU to deliver Sales and Market Share objectives by understanding the market, shopper behavior and Customer strategy
  • Lead negotiation and agreement of the JBP including agreed KPIs for Sales growth and investment levels including trading terms agreements in line with the company objectives
  • To continuously deliver effective in store execution to ensure that Nestle is Winning in Every Store through a focused Sales Operations Team and the correct route to Market
  • Be the \'Customer Expert\' to influence the overall direction by having strong understanding of the customer, meanwhile building cross functional contact strategy and relationship within the customer
  • To develop a high performing and motivated team to contribute to the effective planning and execution of our JBP within the customer in line with the NLF through Everyday coaching and effective performance development.
  • To build NHS\xe2\x80\x99s reputation in the customer, ensuring that the NHS is best in class for all priority aspects of the business relationship
  • Identify distribution opportunities for the channel\xe2\x80\x99s range of products.
  • Establish, in consultation with the BEO, the short- and medium-term distribution strategies and objectives for the channel.
  • Coordinate with Marketing to develop distribution and trade sales strategies to achieve the channel sales and distribution objectives.
  • Work with the Head of FSO\xe2\x80\x99s sales force in developing and implementing trade channel / account plans in support of the distribution and trade sales strategies.
  • To ensure the effective implementation of sales campaigns and the establishment of distribution priorities.
  • Monitor the monthly sales performance of all assigned key accounts to ensure in-market sales objectives are achieved.
  • Manage and control all trade-related expenses within the budget allocated.



What will make you successful
  • Education: Business, Science, Sales & Marketing or other relevant field
  • Professional experience: More than 8 years in sales and customer facing roles
  • Extensive experience in retail sales/ FMCG or equivalent
  • Extensive organizational and leadership experience
