Our Client
This company is a leading European multinational corporation in the Manufacturing sector with an office in Shah Alam, Selangor. They operate in a few segments within manufacturing and are currently growing their product offerings and range of services in SEA through various innovations and R&Ds. They are looking for an experienced senior finance leader to join their team as Head of Finance.

Your Role
This role will lead the Finance team and support the Managing Director as you will be a key member of the senior leadership team. You will manage the overall finance function on accounting, finance, budgeting, forecasting, treasury and tax. In addition to this, you will also support senior management and work closely with the regional and global office on areas related to commercial and costing. This role will also be involved with initiatives on standardisation of work practices and process improvement. As this is a key role within the organisation, you will get the opportunity to have oversight on a team handling payroll, insurance and secretarial matters.

Your Background
To be successful in this role, you will need at least 12 years experience as a Finance & Accounting professional with at least 5 years experience managing a team. You will also need to have good understanding and working experience within the Manufacturing industry. This role will require applicants to have professional accounting qualification such as ICAEW/ACCA/CPA/MICPA. You will need to display maturity, independence and the ability to influence.
