Job Description
This job requires you to be in charge of the Finance Operational and Costing spectrum. You will be managing and assisting the MD to maintain smooth operation of the Finance Team.
You will in be in charge of
Financial Reporting and Analysis:
- Overseeing the preparation and accuracy of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Analyzing financial data to identify trends and risks, and providing insights to management for decision-making.
- Budgeting and forecasting: Creating and managing the company\'s budget, and forecasting future financial performance.
- Managing external relationships with auditors and other financial stakeholders.
- Overseeing the day-to-day financial operations of the company, such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Implementing and maintaining internal controls to ensure financial compliance and accuracy.
- Managing cash flow and working capital.
- Identifying and implementing cost-saving measures.
- Leading and managing a team of finance professionals.
- Providing coaching and mentoring to team members.
- Recruiting and hiring new finance staff.
- Developing and implementing performance management systems.
- Participating in strategic planning discussions and contributing financial expertise.
- Analyzing the feasibility of new business ventures and investments.
- Evaluating the financial impact of strategic initiatives.
You will be suitable for the this role if you
*Have at least a bachelor degree
*Have experience in manufacturing sector
*Have experience in costing and financial planning & analysis
*Have experience managing a team
*Have experience in SAP
