About the Role Run end to end IAM Operations function across all countries and systems

  • Responsible for all IAM functions including JML, dormancy, recertification, QA, customer service ensuring operations are run in line with defined procedures and processes.
  • Ensure SLAs are met or exceeded, and accuracy of manual activities stays within agreed limits and develop a culture of zero error-security first.
  • Maintain accurate and up to date process, procedure and other documents at all times, clearly identifying controls. Ensure all team members are fully aware of all content and have regular knowledge refresh.
  • Review existing IAM standards and controls to identify gaps and propose solutions corresponding with industry best practices.
  • Have detailed knowledge of and keep up to date with industry best practices to ensure the function is inline with other insurance and FIs.
  • Identify and document long term strategic improvements for IAM Operations to reduce risk, introduce automation and reduce manual activities
  • Ensure audit readiness at all times, reviewing logs, controls and documentation.
  • Manage a team of Senior Managers, Managers and operational staff of over 100 across 2 locations.
  • Work alongside the security location head to encourage engagement, reduce silos and ensure compliance to local and group policies
  • Maintain a shift pattern and on-call roster to ensure critical services are available 24/7
Communication Requirements
  • Communicates daily with team members and function leads across all security domains, in China, Hong Kong and Malaysia. Regularly communicates with other Business Unit IS and IT teams as well as senior stakeholders in both BU and group office. Provides reports and updates directly to CISO and GIS leadership team.
Job Requirements:
  • Education \xe2\x80\x93 Degree in IT/Security
  • Experience \xe2\x80\x93 Min 12 years InfoSec, working experience of IAM, service/operations improvement, process improvement. Technical knowledge of IAM, Cybersecurity and other security domains.
  • Experience managing managers
Certifications/licenses \xe2\x80\x93 CISSP/ CISM/ CRISC/ ITIL.Azure Cloud certifications
