About the Role \xe2\x80\xa2 Identify and document long term strategic improvements for Privileged ID operations function to reduce risk, introduce automation and reduce manual activities

• Manage the PID operations team to develop a culture of zero error, security first, while also meeting service level agreements.

Functional Responsibilities

• Identify and document long term strategic improvements for Privileged ID operations function to reduce risk, introduce automation and reduce manual activities
• Review existing controls, identify gaps, and drive remediation programs to ensure all PIDs are sufficiently controlled.
• Manage the PID operations team to develop a culture of zero error, security first, while also meeting service level agreements.
• Have detailed knowledge of and keep up to date with industry best practices to ensure the function is in line with other insurance and FIs.
• Maintain accurate and up to date process, procedure, and other documents always, clearly identifying controls. Ensure all team members are fully aware of all content and have regular knowledge refresh.
• Work alongside the Head of IAM Operations to ensure PID operations roadmap is in-line with IAM tool uplift projects, while also influencing the project to deliver operational requirements
• Always ensure audit readiness, reviewing logs, controls, and documentation.
• Identify future operating model for PID operations with expansion plans to cater for any business growth or project requirements
• Ensure all team members are fully trained in existing and future toolsets
• Work alongside the security location head to encourage engagement, reduce silos, and ensure compliance to local and group policies

Team Responsibilities

• For direct reports, carry out regular one-on-ones, performance appraisal, development plan reviews, up-skilling requirements etc.
• Regularly review Target Operation Model for their team and recommend changes wherever needed
• Self-initiate employee engagement activities for the team to keep them motivated
• Keep a check on teams\xe2\x80\x99 productivity and efficiency on a continuous basis

Communicates daily with team members and function leads across all security domains. Regularly communicates with other Business Unit IS and IT teams as well as senior stakeholders in both BU and group office. Provides reports and updates directly to CISO and GIS leadership team.

Requirements:

• Education \xe2\x80\x93 Degree in IT/Security
• Experience \xe2\x80\x93 Min 10 years InfoSec, extensive working experience of Identity & Access specializing in Privileged ID management, expert in Service/Operations improvement. Management of a team. Technical knowledge of IAM tools such as CyberArk, SailPoint
• Certifications/licenses \xe2\x80\x93 CISSP/ CISM/ CRISC/ ITIL.
