\xe2\x96\xaa Plan, coordinate and supervise activities of the IE-department in accordance with local and centrals taregts
\xe2\x96\xaa Define personnel objectives, assess, develop and consult direct reporting positions within the IE department & Manufacturing Suite Management (MSM).
\xe2\x96\xaa Train management potentials and specific IE knowledge in IE department and initiate IE personnel development activities in agreement with management.Effiency improvement strategy definition\xe2\x96\xaa Develop strategic concepts and ideas to improve the production processes
\xe2\x96\xaa Develop and implement strategies and measures to streamline the complete process chain.
\xe2\x96\xaa Coordinate and steer the CBS activities
\xe2\x96\xaa Ensure continous improvement processes and engagement of peopleAnalyses\xe2\x96\xaa Analyze, evaluate and benchmark the production processes to increase added value.
\xe2\x96\xaa Benchmark the results of the analyses to other plants and report results to plant management.
\xe2\x96\xaa Identify fields of improvement within the process chain
\xe2\x96\xaa provide IE-specific data, plant and equipment design and layout requirements for CRs.
\xe2\x96\xaa Generate budget planning and production related analyses like OEE/TEEP analysesPlant management consultance\xe2\x96\xaa Consult plant management regarding IE-specific concerns.
\xe2\x96\xaa Initiate/implement improvements in IE specific applications, e.g. work measurement, material flow etc.Work System Design\xe2\x96\xaa Ensure the implementation of standards according to CBS and continuous improvement of standards
\xe2\x96\xaa Support the design of human orientated work systems by analyzing and improving human-machine interaction considering social, economical and ecological aspects.
\xe2\x96\xaa Define and determine changes in labor organization and layouts and their consequences in regard of wage and performance structure.Reporting/ Systems\xe2\x96\xaa Generate capacity reports and internal key performance indicators.
\xe2\x96\xaa Design, implement, maintain and administrate rates/wages evaluation systems for plants to ensure maximum productivity and to reduce production costs.
\xe2\x96\xaa Compile production-, vacation and absence plans in cooperation with production control and production.
\xe2\x96\xaa Ensure data quality in all IE reportsCommunication/ Learning/ Coordination\xe2\x96\xaa Coordinate and communicate local IE activities to central IE. Ensure the exchange of IE know how within the plant and between plants.
\xe2\x96\xaa Manage IE tasks within projects.
