-Create a solid, expandable staff for business development to bring in excellent leads for sales conversion.
-Create a strategy to meet or surpass the revenue targets for the sales channels specified in the business plan, and manage/monitor the sales budget to guarantee optimal resource allocation to the various business channels.
-Create an action plan using P&L and Customer/Sales/Volume data analysis to hit goals and experience growth.
-Use strategies to attract new clients by determining where the most profit potential exists.
-Analyze and publicize incentives programmes to increase sales.
-Utilize data-driven analysis of the market to discover new market segments and sellers.
Requirements
-A minimum of 5 years experience managing and growing international accounts.
-Capable of managing a sales staff.
-Experience in the express or freight forwarding industry, preferably with an emphasis on the airfreight business.
-Results-driven individual with solid sales management skills.
-A person who is driven by numbers and has a successful sales history.
-Able to communicate and write in Mandarin.
