ii. Experience in IT management, preferably within the reinsurance or financial services industry.
iii. Proven experience managing large IT projects, including software development, system integration,
and digital transformation.
iv. Advanced knowledge of cybersecurity, risk management, and regulatory compliance.v. Expertise in cloud technologies, data management, and enterprise software solutions.
vi. Adaptability to rapidly changing technology landscapes and industry trends.

innovation, scalability, and efficiency;
2. Lead, mentor, and manage the IT team to ensure effective delivery of IT services, including
infrastructure management, application development, and system support;
3. Stay updated on emerging technologies and digital trends in the reinsurance and financial services
industry to enhance the company\'s digital capabilities;
4. Oversee the maintenance, support, and development of the company\xe2\x80\x99s IT infrastructure, including
servers, networks, storage, and cloud platforms;
5. Ensure the availability, scalability, and security of IT systems to support business operations across
multiple locations or regions;
6. Develop and implement robust data management policies, ensuring data integrity, security, and
compliance with regulatory requirements;
7. Implement and manage cybersecurity protocols to protect the company\xe2\x80\x99s digital assets and sensitive
reinsurance data from threats and breaches;
8. Oversee IT budgeting, procurement, and resource allocation, ensuring cost-effectiveness and return on
investment for IT projects and services;
9. Ensure compliance with industry-specific regulatory requirements, including reinsurance standards
and IT governance frameworks;
10. Collaborate with legal, compliance, and risk management teams to ensure IT policies and procedures
