Requirements:

-Good communication skills (Fluent English and Bahasa Malaysia)

-Minimum 10 years working experience in hospitality industry

-Minimum 4 years working in a managerial role

-Good time management skills

Scopes:

Responsible for the development of all the Brand under Platform Hospitality Group, marketing and communications strategies that increases Brand, Visibility, Awareness and Influence with key stakeholders, attaining budgeted lead generation and meeting engagement targets across digital marketing platforms.

Primary responsibility of the marketing efforts to support revenue generation, brand Engagement for all the outlet. This includes the creation and implementation on a targeted outreach marketing strategies and budget plan to achieving measurable goals related to the target market mix, brand status, direct sales, advertising, social media, and brand marketing efforts.

The position is accountable for the implementation of Brand packages and practices, and the successful execution of special events and promotional programs at the outlet.

Manage and update all social media platforms and company website (special offers page, advertising, website content via deployment of e-commerce strategies, event marketing, email marketing) and prepare all marketing communications for the company. This includes all creating and managing all collateral assets, regulate their distribution and maintaining all brand communication guidelines and standards and acting as the voice of the brand.

Execute and monitor online advertising campaigns for optimal results.

Maintain reputation management through creative social media and online review site campaigns. Report on marketing successes, opportunities, and strategies to all levels.

Research, analyze and monitor financial, technological and demographic factors so that market opportunities may be capitalized on.

Coordinate and oversee promotional activities that support the needs of the company and outlets with a focus on improved revenue performance. This can include photo shoots, conducting site tours and other specific events. Experience Required: Min 2 Year/s
