Job description

:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance customer acquisition, retention, and brand visibility.
• Conceptualize innovative and impactful marketing campaigns that resonate with the target audience and drive measurable outcomes.
• Transform marketing ideas into actionable plans, outlining goals, timelines, budgets, and resource needs.
• Oversee the execution of marketing plans, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
• Manage digital marketing initiatives, encompassing SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth prospects and propose actionable strategies.
• Monitor and assess marketing campaign performance, utilizing data analysis to optimize strategies and foster continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience in marketing roles, with emphasis on strategy development and project management.
• Possess a strong creative mindset to devise innovative marketing strategies beyond conventional approaches.
• Proficient in managing digital marketing channels and campaigns, such as SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
• Proven success in reducing customer acquisition costs and optimizing marketing campaigns for maximum ROI.
• Excellent project management skills, adept at planning, executing, and monitoring marketing initiatives effectively.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies and decision-making.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems is advantageous.
• Previous experience in a startup or fast-growing company is highly desirable.
