Key Responsibilities

Lead the company's overall marketing and growth strategy across all digital channels. Drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth through data-driven marketing initiatives. Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across paid media, SEO, email, social, and partnerships. Use analytics and A/B testing to optimize campaigns and improve conversion rates. Build brand awareness through impactful content, PR, events, and community engagement. Work closely with Product, Sales, and Operations teams to align marketing strategies with company goals. Manage and mentor a marketing team to deliver measurable results. Oversee marketing budget and forecast marketing ROI across campaigns. Identify emerging trends, tools, and growth opportunities to stay ahead of the market. Build strategic partnerships and collaborations to expand market reach.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing or growth roles, with at least 2 years in leadership. Proven success in driving online user or revenue growth through performance and brand marketing. Strong analytical mindset and experience with data tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar. Hands-on experience in managing campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and other digital platforms. Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Highly adaptable, creative, and results-oriented.
