Our client is a solution provider within the telco industry.Responsibilities:

Lead and align the Organizational Development with strategic goals.
Oversee the design, planning and implementation of development programs.
Ensure continuous improvement and relevance in organization for all people development initiatives.
Establish a Competency Development plan to enhance employees\' skills and capabilities.
Manage organizational effectiveness through job analysis, evaluation and restructuring to support goals.
Leverage data through analytics and automation on proposed development solutions for employees.

Requirements:

Bachelor\'s Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology/Development or any related field.
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience and consulting or telecommunications industry preferred.
Strong analytical and excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
Committed to maintaining excellent quality standards and genuinely invested in people.
Experience in developing and executing HR strategies.
Excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks.
