Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor\'s degree of Engineering, Technology or Science. MSc/BA will be a plus.
• Must be a Sarawakian preferably residing in Sarawak. For Sarawakian who resides outside Sarawak, must able to station in Sarawak. Willing to station in Kuching and have regular business trip to Bintulu and Miri.
• Minimum 15 years working experience either in Testing Inspection Certification (TIC) or Oil & Gas (O&G) industry. Experience in Oil & Gas QAQC will be a strong added advantage.
• Demonstrated experience delivering revenues with consistent and profitable growth.
• Posses\' leadership and people management skill, excellent interpersonal, written and presentation skills
• Good analytical and problem solving skills, able to articulate a clear vision and direction
• Strong commercial and business minded with good understanding of commercial terms and key business drivers i.e PSC, OPU, EPCC etc.
• Ability to review/develop and communicate appropriate project strategies to overcome project challenges on site.
• Able to manage teams and people
• 10-15 years\' experience in engineering management
• Proven track record as a leader in relevant businesses
• Broad technical knowledge and hands on approach
• Understanding HSE regulations and other regulatory standards
• A good understanding of the TIC (Testing/Inspection/Certification) industry is an advantage
