• Minimum of 3-5 years in operations management, preferably from Hospitality background.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and process improvement.
• Proficiency in using data analysis tools and project management software.Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Able to work on Saturdays or certain Public Holidays (Sunday is non working day)

Responsibilities

• Cross-Department Coordination by Aligning and managing production, marketing, customer service, and fulfilment teams.
• Facilitate effective communication to improve workflow and prevent silos.
• Streamline processes to enhance productivity and quality.
• Address operational issues promptly and develop preventive measures
• Strategic Planning with leadership team to set and implement business goals and growth strategies.
• Analyze data to enhance product and service quality.
