Team Performance Monitoringa. Set strategic directions and lead Matrix, Contract, Project Audit units.b. Evaluate and improve processes to enhance operational efficiency andeffectiveness.2. Property Development Oversighta. Lead strategic planning initiatives to align property development projectswith organizational goals.b. Monitor overall performance of development projects, ensuring theyadhere to quality and timeline expectations.c. Control development costs effectively to maintain profitability.d. Supervise the structural integrity and compliance of developmentprojects from inception to completion.e. Manage development operating cashflow to support ongoing andupcoming projects.3. Development Process Optimizationa. Manage system requirements and specifications to streamlinedevelopment processes.b. Implement continuous enhancements to improve operational efficienciesand project outcomes.4. Managing Development Profit Marginsa. Maintain and enhance profit margins of development projects, tooptimize costs and revenues.b.
