Executive Recruitment Firm, Monroe Consulting is currently working with an end to end mobile entertainment solutions provider looking for an enthusiastic Head of Operations to come in and lead their growing team.
Roles & Responsibilities
manage and motivate the customer service team
work closely with partners for new service launch and testing
prepare monthly revenue reports to partners
work closely with IT team and respective service owners on partners\' request and partners\' reporting
to ensure all partners\' reports are accurate and up to date
work closely with accounts department on partners invoice and payment
work closely and have good relationship with mobile operators for smoother service launch and better complaints monitoring
Requirements
diploma/degree in business admin, management or any other relevant skills and experience
minimum 5 years experience in handling operational tasks and with proven track records
able to lead effectively
good communications skills at all levels (customer, partner & internal)
proven and excellence problem solving skills
Critical thinking skills and the ability to analyze a situation and make a decision based on the information you have.
Good Organization skill - the ability to plan and execute tasks in a logical order
Highly motivated and independence
