Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, this role will shape and lead best-in-class People Services team to deliver an excellent employee experience and enhance operational effectiveness throughout the employee lifecycle in the areas of payroll, people mobility, performance review, rewards and benefits, learning delivery, industrial relations, HRMS, HR transactional processes and general office administration and facilities management.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Service Delivery Quality and Compliance
Ensure a delightful employee experience from first touchpoint to exit.
People operations: Oversee and ensure smooth execution of daily transactional people operations processes including payroll, people mobility, performance review, rewards and benefits, learning delivery, industrial relations, and HRMS.
Workplace operations: oversee the general administration, facilities, and security management
Annual Budgeting: Lead the preparation, tracking and reviewing of people cost and annual budget planning and annual budget processes and preparations.
Performance Reporting: Establish and report on relevant KPI's or SLA's for People Services performance
Problem Management (including Escalations)
Manage employee issues and resolutions. Build countermeasures to ensure that re-occurrence is minimized.
Service Improvement (Continuous Improvement)
Drive service delivery improvement
Perform any other duties as required by the Management from time to time.
Requirements:
A good bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Minimum 15 years' working experience in similar capacity.
A strong HR operations background which combines an understanding of HRMS/data processes with a real appreciation of generalist HR.
Demonstrate a high level of knowledge regarding HR policies, procedures, and employment
Creative, curious, solutions-focused, and dynamic, who can respond to ambiguous, and changing situations
Experienced in a fast paced and complex environment
Strong leadership traits
