Job Summary:
To support sales on assigned areas with KPI on sales target
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, lead ,execute and monitor effectiveness on sales strategy for assigned areas & territories .
- Execute sales promotion plans to support the rapid growth and expansion of U Mobile product & services.
- Work closely with distributors and managing dealers portfolios in the respective area/region.
- Aggressively build and drive the growth of U Mobile dealers in the respective area/region.
- To drive sales team to meet designated area/territory sales performance in meeting department prepaid & postpaid sales target .
- To proactively manage inter-departmental requirements and communication in order to meet sales objectives as well as optimizing support resources .
Job Requirements:
- Aggressive & target driven.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Candidate must possess at least a diploma ,Degree or equivalent .
- Require 8 years in Telco /FMCG related environment and minimum 3 years experience in sales team management .
- Possess own transport with valid driving license and willing to travel.
