Job Summary
To support sales & distribution on assigned areas with KPI on sales target.

Plan, lead, execute and monitor effectiveness on sales strategy for assigned areas & territories.
Execute sales promotion plans to support the rapid growth and expansion of U Mobile product & services.
Work closely with distributors and managing dealers portfolios in the respective area / regions.
Aggressively build and drive the growth of U Mobile dealers in the respective area / regions.
To drive sales team to meet designated area / territory sales performance in meeting department prepaid & postpaid sales target.
To pro-actively manage inter-departmental requirements and communication in order to meet sales objectives as well as optimizing support resources.

Job Requirements

Aggressive & target driven.
Excellent communication skills.
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Degree or equivalent.
Required 8 years in telco/FMCG related environment with minimum 3 years experiences in sales team management.
Possess own transport with valid driving license.
