Job Description
You will be responsible for the total production operations including continuous improvement, productivity, QSE and implementation of lean methodology. Your role will also be accountable for the management of equipment and facilities as well as ensuring the compliance of production activities to set standards and policies.
- Lead and implement strategies to optimise resource utilization.
- Encourage continuous improvement throughout the production process.
- Develop local initiatives to ensure facilities are operating in accordance to regulatory standards.
- Drive productivity and optimise manufacturing costs.
- Push for innovation and capability building within the production line, and share best practices across the organisation\'s global network.
- Minimum of 7 years\' experience in a senior leadership role within Production, Engineering, Manufacturing OR other technical roles.
- Capable of managing large headcounts.
- Analytical and innovative - able to review situations to develop unique solutions/improvement plans.
- Effective team player and communicator - able to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across various levels.
You will hold a highly pivotal role as the key production leader for one of the most crucial regions in the organisation. Your success in this role will give you the chance to broaden your network and open future opportunities within the business.
