RESPONSIBILITIES: \xe2\x80\xa2 Coaching key projects with R&D to support business goals. \xe2\x80\xa2 Develops research programs incorporating current developments to improve existing products and study the potential of new products. \xe2\x80\xa2 Determine and execute improved technologies used by suppliers, competitors, and customers. \xe2\x80\xa2 Establish project goals and priorities by collaborating with Marketing and Operations. \xe2\x80\xa2 Defines objectives of the research, design and evaluate materials, assemblies, processes, and equipment. \xe2\x80\xa2 Suggest training tools to enhance employee performance and skill development. \xe2\x80\xa2 Accomplishes document all phases of research and development. \xe2\x80\xa2 Establish and maintain testing procedures for assessing raw materials, in-process and finished products. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assess the scope of research projects and ensure they are on time and within budget. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintains for product quality with regards to product design and component functions. REQUIREMENTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: \xe2\x80\xa2 A master\xe2\x80\x99s / Bachelor degree in the relevant field engineering even be general like Chemical, Chemistry, human resources, finance, or management. \xe2\x80\xa2 A bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree may also be acceptable if the candidate has experience working within the industry of relevance or general R&D experience. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proven experience in a relevant role 10 years meaningful work experience, preferably with an international background in leading R&D projects and development teams will be added advantage. \xe2\x80\xa2 A strong sense of creativity aids in the process of thinking of new product ideas and solving problems creatively. \xe2\x80\xa2 Great problem-solving skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Accomplishes excellent leadership and managerial skills are also important. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to multitask efficiently and good at managing time.
