Job Description

This head will lead the nationwide sales team of 7 - 10 headcounts, focusing on our Energy portfolio. In this role you will be responsible for the leadership, motivation, direction, and development of the team, as well as the implementation of initiatives to achieve sales, develop customer relationships and sustainable profitable sales growth.

• Responsible for sales team\'s profitability, performance, productivity and achievement of objectives
• Leading account mangers and project managers. 10 headcounts.
• Coordinate sales activities to ensure maximum/optimum customer coverage & penetration in key projects and territory
• Good understanding of the energy segment, business model, and the ability to work in a matrix organization
• Being an excellent people manager who inspires and coaches team members to ensure the company\'s sales and profit objectives are achieved
• Sets targets, conducts performance reviews and coaches the sales team to achieve their targets.
• Understands the market & industry trends, competition activities, product pricing and anticipate obstacles and prepare for contingencies

• A bachelor\'s degree in engineering, ideally in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil or Structural disciplines
• Proven Industry experience & networks in the Energy/ Oil & Gas sector
• Demonstrable Sales experience
• Demonstrated ability to develop engaged customer relationships and effectively implement strategic concepts
• Previous leadership experience is highly desirable but not essential
• Negotiation skills & senior stakeholder management experience
• Ability to navigate in a matrix environment
• Passion for people and team development
• Communication skills at all levels
