In this role you will be responsible for driving sales strategies, enhancing market penetration, and ensuring that Service revenue and growth targets are met across the South East Asian markets for Industrial Gas turbines and Compressors. This role is pivotal in strengthening our presence and growing our customer base in a competitive and constantly evolving industry. You will manage a team of Client Managers and Sales support personnel across the South East Asian region to ensure they identify the client project evaluators, influencers and decision-makers in customer organization and drive the Siemens Energy value at each stage of acquisition cycle.How You\'ll Make an Impact\xc2\xb7 Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in the South East Asian market.\xc2\xb7 Lead and mentor the sales team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.\xc2\xb7 Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.\xc2\xb7 Negotiate and close agreements with large customers and manage complex contracts.\xc2\xb7 Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management, using market research, competitive analysis, and sales data.\xc2\xb7 Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with Marketing, Business Development, Product Development, Execution and Customer Support teams to ensure brand consistency and increase sales.\xc2\xb7 Attend industry events, conferences, and seminars to maintain a high profile and professional network in the energy sector.What You Bring\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s/Master\'s degree in Engineering or equivalent.\xc2\xb7 At least 10 years of sales experience in the energy sector, with a proven track record in sales leadership roles, preferably related to gas turbines or similar rotating equipment technologies.\xc2\xb7 Strong understanding of the South East Asian energy market, regulatory environment, and cultural nuances.\xc2\xb7 Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the Organization, including executive and C-level.\xc2\xb7 Experience in negotiating large contracts and managing sales cycles from plan to close.\xc2\xb7 Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.\xc2\xb7 Strong business sense and industry expertise.\xc2\xb7 Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in additional South East Asian languages is a plus.\xc2\xb7 Willingness to travel frequently across the region.About the TeamOur Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization.
