  • Reporting Directly to CEO, responsible for leading and executing the strategic commercial plan to grow the company\'s offline and online business and to drive new growth areas.
  • Have effective implementation and monitoring mechanisms to ensure the achievement of sales plans and strategies for both offline and online channels.
  • Responsible for all commercial terms & conditions for e-commerce, offline/traditional, key accounts, exports, and distributorship/agency sales channels.
  • Implement a sales plan to achieve growth and hit sales targets for the company\'s existing and new products.
  • Have effective implementation and monitoring mechanisms to ensure the achievement of sales plans and strategies of both offline and online channels.
  • Responsible for all commercial terms & conditions for e-commerce, offline/traditional, key accounts, exports and distributorship/agency sales channels.
  • Implement sales plan to achieve growth and hit sales targets for the company\'s existing and new products.
  • Ensure order management and & customer service level on time and in full deliveries.
  • Manage the downstream distribution (retail) and merchandising activities always to ensure product visibility and correct product mix.
  • Gather customer feedback, understand customer requirements and identify market trends to suggest improvements to relevant Heads, such as Marketing, Product Management & Innovation, and Advertising & Promotions departments.
  • Recruit, coach, motivate, and manage the performance of sales representatives.
  • Accountable for high customer service level, consignment inventory control and timely sales collection.
  • Utilize data and insights to plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests for customer journey; map an effective digital marketing funnel.
  • Manage and track expenditures for sales teams every month.
Role requirements
  • At least 5 years of working experience in the baby and children industry.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in managing a sales team within the FMCG industry.
  • At least 3 years in e-commerce; prior experience in digital marketing is a plus.
