Our client are ideally looking for you to have experience running a high performing Sales team as this seat will play a pivotal part in driving sales & market growth, sales recruitment and training. Key Role and Responsibilities: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets. Build and nurture relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their investment needs and tailoring solutions accordingly. Lead a team of dedicated sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management. Attend networking events, seminars, and industry gatherings to enhance brand visibility and establish valuable connections. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for the management team. Qualifications and Key Skills: Proven track record of success in property sales or a related sales role. Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and manage a sales team. Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
