Your Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Accountable for performance of the allocated team, striving to exceed agrees sales and market share targets, budget, and expenses for the team.
  • Communicate the sales force strategy and objectives to field force team and translate it into regional implementation plans to achieve the desired targets.
  • Acts as the main interface between field sales and the management and company strategy.
  • Lead, motivate, direct, develop, train and coach the sales team to deliver performance targets.
  • Accountable for initiatives that secure sales and promote products; through effective leadership of the sales team and the improvement of team selling skills and product knowledge.
  • Drives collaboration with key accounts, marketing/ product managers and medical advisers; securing strategy implementation and operational plans for products.
  • Implement incentive programs to motivate and stimulate field force to achieve goals.
  • Responsible for maintaining growth of market share in respective region for respective products. -Identify and implement business-building opportunities in order to support volume and market share growth.
  • Keep abreast of the latest scientific developments in the assigned therapeutic area; stay updated on product knowledge, market pricing, competitor pricing etc. to recommend the Brand team, Market Access Team, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure all Sandoz compliances, procedures and policies are followed and develop an inclusive team culture.

What you\xe2\x80\x98ll bring to the role:
Essential requirements
  • University Degree in any related field, MBA is desirable
  • English fluent spoken & written; any other European language is an advantage
  • Experience (> 10 years) in the industry, specifically Sales Force experience in driving high impact initiatives and implementation, strategic planning, strong Marketing, Market Access & Medical understanding
  • Track record of highly successful delivery and positive performance results
  • Outstanding ability of collaborative working across a matrix and multi-cultural company
  • Influencial leader with the ability to coach and develop teams
