Job summary:
The Head of Strategy will be responsible for spearheading the development and implementation strategic initiatives across the group. The role will be based in Kuala Lumpur.
Job description:
Conduct strategic analysis and provide recommendations to drive the Groups long-term strategy.
Oversee development of senior management and board papers.
Oversee and manage competitor benchmarking and market analysis.
Comprehend and interpret data and trending into insights and strategic recommendation.
Provide leadership direction to the team to ensure tasks and assignments are managed, coordinated, and executed efficiently aligning to the compliance, regulatory and risk management frameworks
Job requirements:
Must have a Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field.
At least 10 years of working experience in developing corporate strategies within financial sectors.
Strong understanding of financial services industry.
Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
Strong stakeholder and management and communications skills.
Inspiring leader and able to command team respect.
