Job description
This FMCG Manufacturer based in Pulau Indah, Klang is looking to hire an experienced Head of Supply Chain to oversee the end-to-end Supply Chain process including Logistics, Import/Export, Distribution, Warehouse & Storage and eventually Raw Material purchasing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying and prioritising logistics needs to achieve efficient product distribution
- Supporting the development of the dynamic supply chain infrastructure that supports the clients in most efficient manner
- Conducting formal annual performance reviews for each team member and recommending development activities
- Supporting the Managing Director with the developments of comprehensive budgets
- Have a minimum of 8-10 years of working experience with management capabilities
- Preferred to have FMCG/F&B/Logistics background
- Have excellent communication skills and pro-activeness
