• Contribute to the development and refinement of Danone SN\xe2\x80\x99s vision and strategy.
• Liaise with other Committee of Director (CODI) members on the implementation of Danone SN\xe2\x80\x99s strategic and operational plans.
• Develop and implement an integrated supply chain strategy to facilitate the cost-effective flow of merchandise from supply points or 3rd party manufacturers to customers.
• Lead, direct and control all supply and logistics policies, procedures and activities to maximize the efficiency, reliability, timeliness and cost effectiveness of MBU supply chain.
• Prepare and present a yearly budget of Supply chain as part of Operations, be able to present for approval with local Committee of Director (CODI) and regional/global stakeholders, and manage resources within the budget guidelines according to company policy.
• Ensure continuous improvement throughout the Supply chain in Quality and Safety. Participate within global and regional teams in order to enhance local and global initiatives and drive supply chain towards excellence.

• A relevant postgraduate business qualification (MBA or equivalent tertiary qualification). A CPIM or CSCP would be highly advantageous.
• Minimum of 10 years in supply chain / operations experience, across a number of the Supply Chain competency streams (Planning, Customer Service, Logistics), specifically people management.
• Of the 10 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience, at least 3 years must have been spent in a senior management role.
• Demonstrated excellence & expertise in the fields of supply chain management, demand planning, customer service, logistics.
• Quality oriented experience.
