Open Position: Head, Operations (C-Level) (Engineering, Infrastructure and Utility industry)

A reputable company within Engineering, Infrastructure and Utility industry looking for a Head, Operations to join the team and be based in the Sarawak state. You will be reporting to the CEO, leading the overall operations for Engineering, Infrastructure and Utility department to deliver excellent results to the organisation.

Key responsibilities include:

• Holds a degree in Business Studies, Engineering or other related fields with over 12 years industry experience within Engineering, Infrastructure and Utility industry

• Provide leadership, direction and guidance to the overall Healthcare department to ensure deliveries are meeting the corporate business expectations

• Continuously driving and implementing strategies to ensure forward-thinking, continual process improvements, innovation and competitive advantage against competitors from industries such as Construction, Engineering, Infrastructure, Utilities, Facility Maintenance, Property Development and etc

• Drives market share growth, new and expanded service line offerings, as well as the acquisition of new business ventures within existing and potential markets

• Assists in the development of and responsibility for ensuring that system strategic objectives are met for each operating entities following the approved metrics and goals

• Work closely with Leadership Team in the development of policies, procedures, revenue forecasts, profit & loss, and financial budgets as well as other related matters

• Develop, retain, recruit and lead the Leadership Management team committed to accomplishing the goals and objectives of the organisation

• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills with excellent communication skills
